1. Application and Interpretation
These Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) form part of the FOMO7’s terms and conditions and govern all bets placed on this online betting platform (“FOMO7”). The Rules are structured as follows:
- INTRODUCTION
- GENERAL RULES
- SPECIFIC SPORTS RULES
The General Rules apply to all bets unless otherwise specified in the Specific Sports Rules. In the event of any conflict, the Specific Sports Rules will take priority over the General Rules.
Rules regarding how markets are offered, managed, and settled may vary across different products. In some cases, a bet deemed a winner on one product could be settled as a loser on another (and vice versa). Likewise, different settlement rules may mean that a winning bet on one product could be considered a dead heat or void on another. Users are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to the bets they place on FOMO7.
2. Market Information
Market Information is provided as a quick reference to help users understand how a market is managed. It may also include rules on market settlement but should always be considered alongside the General Rules and the relevant Specific Sports Rules. Typically, a link to this Rules and Regulations page will be included in the Market Information for each market.
While Market Information offers guidance on market management, FOMO7 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time at its sole discretion. This may be necessary for administrative purposes or to protect users. The Market Information will not be changed after a market has been opened, except to correct clear errors or to add clarifications where appropriate.
3. User Responsibility
Users are expected to familiarize themselves with all Rules that apply to any market on which they intend to place a bet. Specifically, users using the “one-click” betting feature are fully responsible for their actions, and FOMO7 accepts no liability for any mistakes made while using this feature.
‘Special Bets’ markets are inherently unpredictable and should be approached with extra caution. Users are responsible for managing their positions in these markets at all times and should carefully review the Market Information to understand how these markets will be managed and settled.
3. Deposit & Withdrawals
To place real-money bets through FOMO7, you must first deposit funds into your FOMO7 wallet. Details about depositing and withdrawing money, including average processing times and any applicable fees, can be obtained by contacting our Customer Support team. After an Account has been created, the chosen currency is fixed and cannot be altered. All deposits and withdrawals will be processed in the chosen currency.
As part of our anti-money laundering obligations and policies regarding the source of deposited funds, we may ask for information about the origin of any funds. If the provided information is unsatisfactory, we may, at our reasonable discretion, suspend or close an account and share relevant information with authorities.
Funds can be withdrawn from your account provided that:
- All deposits are cleared and not reversed, charged-back, or cancelled.
- Any required identity verification under anti-money laundering rules or other regulations is completed. Additional verification may be needed for certain services, which could delay withdrawals.
- You comply with all other terms and conditions.
All transactions may be monitored to prevent money laundering, and any transactions deemed suspicious may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Withdrawals of unused or unverified funds may be declined or reversed until verification is complete. You are responsible for reporting or declaring any withdrawn funds, including winnings, to local authorities or tax agencies as required by law.
While we take reasonable steps to prevent errors, we are not liable for mistakes in deposits or withdrawals unless caused by our negligence. Users must promptly notify us of any errors, which we will aim to correct. Also, by making a deposit, you agree that we may verify your identity according to anti-money laundering regulations, which may require submission of documentation.
GENERAL RULES
1. Events Beyond FOMO7’s Control and System Malfunctions
FOMO7 is not responsible for any loss or damage you may incur due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, power outages, labour disputes, government actions or omissions, telecommunication failures, or delays caused by third parties. In these situations, FOMO7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without bearing any liability.
FOMO7 is also not liable for any failure of equipment or software, regardless of location, administration, or whether it is under FOMO7’s direct control, that prevents FOMO7 from operating normally.
If a technological error or failure is apparent to a user, they must notify FOMO7 immediately. Should the user continue to place bets under such circumstances, they are expected to take reasonable steps to limit potential losses. Failure to do so may result in FOMO7 voiding any affected bets.
FOMO7, at its sole discretion, may limit access, withhold funds, or void pending bets if a technical failure or malfunction occurs that impacts the platform’s integrity, regardless of whether it is directly under FOMO7’s control. Users will be informed of any such malfunctions that may prevent further betting or lead to bets being voided.
2. Managing In-Play Markets
If a market is not meant to be turned in-play but FOMO7 does not suspend it at the appropriate time, then:
i. Where the event has a scheduled start (‘off’) time, any bets placed after that time will be void.
ii. Where no scheduled start time exists, FOMO7 will make reasonable efforts to determine the actual start time, and all bets placed after that determined time will be void.
FOMO7 will use reasonable efforts to suspend in-play markets at the beginning and end of an event but cannot guarantee suspension will always occur at the correct time. Users are solely responsible for monitoring and managing their in-play bets. For in-play betting, users should note that broadcasts marked as “live” might in fact be delayed or replayed recordings. The length of any delay will depend on how the pictures or data are received.
3. Soccer Markets – Suspension at Kick-Off, Material Events, VAR Decisions
Kick-Off Suspension
For soccer markets scheduled to go in-play, FOMO7 will use reasonable efforts to switch markets to in-play at kick-off and suspend them when a Material Event occurs (see definition below). However, suspension at kick-off is not guaranteed if:
- A market is scheduled to go in-play but is never suspended at kick-off (and never switched in-play), all bets placed after the scheduled kick-off time will be void.
- A market is not suspended at kick-off but is later turned in-play during the match, then:
1. Bets placed after the scheduled kick-off but before the first Material Event will remain valid.
2. Bets placed between the first Material Event and the market being turned in-play will be void.
Material Events and VAR Decisions
If FOMO7 fails to suspend a market in time when a Material Event occurs, it may void any bets unfairly matched after that event. This voiding may happen either during the match or retrospectively once the match ends.
If a Material Event is later overturned following a decision by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), the FOMO7 will void all bets matched between the occurrence of the event and its cancellation. This may also be done either during or after the match. A “Material Event” means any of the following:
- A goal is scored
- A penalty is awarded
- A player is sent off
4. Results and Market Settlement
Markets will be settled in line with the Specific Sports Rules. If the Specific Sports Rules do not set out how a market should be settled, settlement will be based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body, even if that result is later changed or disqualified. The only exception is if a correction is announced within 24 hours of initial settlement to fix a reporting error.
If no official result is available, FOMO7 will (acting reasonably) determine the outcome using information from independent sources. If new information becomes public within 48 hours of settlement, FOMO7 may decide (acting reasonably) either:
i. to reinstate or resettle the market based on that information; or
ii. to delay settlement until further information becomes available.
Unless FOMO7 has announced it is waiting for additional information, anything that comes to light more than 48 hours after a market has been settled will not be considered, even if it would have led to a different result.
If there is uncertainty about a result or potential result, FOMO7 may delay settlement of any market for as long as needed until the issue is resolved to its reasonable satisfaction. If the uncertainty cannot be resolved, FOMO7 reserves the right to void the market.
5. Resettlements
Markets are usually settled shortly after an event ends. In some cases, FOMO7 may settle (or partially settle) markets before the official result is confirmed, or it may credit a user’s balance with the minimum potential winnings as a goodwill service. That said, FOMO7 retains the authority to modify settlements in the event that:
i. the official result differs from the one initially used to settle the market; or
ii. the entire market is later declared void (e.g., due to an abandoned event).
FOMO7 also reserves the right to reverse a settlement if it was made in error, whether due to human or technical mistakes. If a market is resettled, a user’s balance may be adjusted to reflect the revised outcome.
6. Non-Runners, Withdrawals, and Disqualifications
Unless tFOMO7 exercises its right to void bets under its terms and conditions or specific Rules, if a market includes the phrase “All bets stand, run or not” (or similar wording), then all bets on a team or competitor will remain valid whether or not they start or participate in the event.
If a team or competitor withdraws, forfeits, or is disqualified after the event has begun, they will be treated as a loser, provided at least one other team or competitor finishes the event. If no participant completes the event after it has started, all bets will be void, except for those placed on markets that have already been unconditionally settled.
7. Winner with [Named Selection] Markets
From time to time, FOMO7 may offer markets that depend on a specific competitor’s participation. If the specified competitor in a “Winner with …” market fails to participate in the tournament or event, all bets placed on that market will be cancelled.
A team or competitor will be considered to have participated if they compete to the extent required to receive an official result or classification (including cases of disqualification, but excluding a “did not start” or similar classification).
8. Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements
Some markets have their own specific rules, which are outlined in the Specific Sports Rules. Where no such rules apply, the following will govern:
- For matches, fixtures, games, or individual events: if the event is not finished within three days of the scheduled completion date, all bets will be cancelled, except for markets that have already been definitively settled.
- Tournaments, Competitions, or Similar Events: If the event is not completed within three days of its scheduled end date, markets will be settled based on the official decision of the relevant governing body, provided this decision is made within 90 days of the scheduled completion date. If no official ruling is issued within that 90-day period, all bets will be void, except for markets that have already been unconditionally settled.
If a market is ultimately voided but was previously part-settled as a user courtesy, such settlements will be reversed and all bets on that market will be declared void.
9. Venue Change
Some markets have specific rules regarding venue changes, which are outlined in the Specific Sports Rules. Where no such rules apply, the following conditions will govern:
- Team sports: If the venue is changed after the market has been published, bets will only be cancelled if the new location is the home ground of the team that was initially designated as the away team.
- All Other Sports/Markets: If the venue changes after the market is published, all bets will still stand.
Change of Playing Surface: If the type of surface (e.g., grass, clay, turf) is changed after the market has been posted, all bets will stand.
10. Periods of Time
Certain markets follow timing rules outlined in the Specific Sports Rules. Where no such rules exist, the following apply:
- If the scheduled duration of an event changes after the market has been posted but before the event starts, all bets will be void.
- For markets relating to the timing of an event (e.g., time of first goal), if the event occurs in stoppage or injury time, it will be treated as having occurred at the end of the regular period. For example, a goal scored in first-half stoppage time of a soccer match will be recorded as occurring at 45 minutes.
- All bets apply to the full duration of regular time, including stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded.
References to “days” within these Rules mean the end of the local day following the expiry of the stated number of days.
11. "To Qualify" Markets
Certain markets are governed by rules detailed in the Specific Sports Rules. Where no such rules apply, the following will govern:
In any “to qualify” market (e.g., to reach the final), settlement will be based on the team or competitor that officially qualifies, regardless of whether they go on to participate in the next round or event. Markets will be settled immediately after the qualification stage, and any later disqualification or change to the result will not affect the outcome.
12. Dead Heats
Unless the Specific Sports Rules state otherwise, the Dead Heat Rule will apply when a market has more winners than originally anticipated. In such cases, each winning bet will have its stake proportionally reduced by multiplying the original stake by the ratio of expected winners ÷ actual winners. Winnings are then calculated using this reduced stake (reduced stake × odds). Any remaining portion of the stake is returned to the opposing side of the bet.
13. Miscellaneous
- All time references in these Rules are based on the local time zone where the event takes place. For example, the start time of a football match refers to the local kick-off time.
- Information provided by FOMO7 is given in good faith. However, FOMO7 accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions, including mistakes in prices, participants, times, scores, results, or statistics.
- FOMO7 reserves the right to correct obvious errors and will take reasonable steps to ensure markets are run with fairness and transparency.
- If a market displays incorrect information—such as the wrong team/competitor name (other than minor spelling errors), the wrong number of participants or outcomes, or any other clear error—FOMO7 may suspend the market and, acting reasonably, void all related bets.
- Users are responsible for confirming that the selection they bet on is correct. For example, if two competitors share the same name, it is the user’s duty to verify which competitor has been listed in the market before placing a bet.
- FOMO7 may, at its sole discretion, halt betting on any market at any time, even earlier than the period specified in the Rules. To protect fairness and integrity, FOMO7 may void certain bets or entire markets if necessary.
- FOMO7 may close or suspend a user’s account if it reasonably believes the user has acted unfairly, cheated, exploited the FOMO7, or allowed their account to be used for another person’s benefit. Accounts may also be closed or suspended if used fraudulently, illegally, or for improper purposes.
- FOMO7 may amend these Rules at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on FOMO7, and all future markets will be governed by the updated Rules.
- To protect users, FOMO7 reserves the right to cancel unmatched bets at any time.
- When settling markets, winnings, losses, and applicable charges will be rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
14. Multiple Accounts
Users are not allowed to maintain more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, FOMO7 may link and manage them together, which could limit a user’s ability to place bets. If FOMO7 reasonably believes that a user has created or used more than one account, or has colluded with others using multiple accounts, it reserves the right to void any related bets and/or withhold winnings gained from such activity.
15. Use of VPNs and Proxy Servers
Users who use VPNs to hide their location or proxy servers to disguise their device may have their bets declared invalid. Similarly, users accessing the FOMO7 from multiple IP addresses may also risk having their bets voided.
16. Cheating
Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, and bets placed by users found to be engaging in such conduct may be declared void. Cheating covers, but is not limited to, actions like manipulating market prices, courtsiding, sniping, or abusing commissions.
17. Integrity Violations
Bets may be voided on integrity grounds if objected to by the third-party API provider. FOMO7 also reserves the right to fully void any bets deemed fraudulent. The decision to void an individual bet or an entire market will rest solely with FOMO7. FOMO7’s determination of whether bets are fraudulent shall be final and binding, as the integrity of bets placed on the FOMO7 is treated with utmost seriousness.
18. Group Betting
If members or accounts are found to be engaging in group betting, FOMO7 may void their winning bets while allowing losing bets to stand. Group betting is strictly prohibited on FOMO7.
SPECIFIC SPORTS RULES
1. Cricket
General
- If no ball is bowled in a competition, series, or match, all bets will be void, except for markets that have already been unconditionally settled (e.g., the Completed Match market).
- If a match is shortened due to weather, bets will be settled based on the official result, including results determined under the Duckworth-Lewis method in limited overs matches.
- If a match outcome is decided by a bowl-off or coin toss, all bets will be void, except for those on markets already unconditionally determined.
Test Matches
- If a match begins but is abandoned for reasons other than weather (including but not limited to unsafe pitch/outfield, vandalism, strikes, boycotts, protests, violence, stadium damage, terrorism, or natural disasters), FOMO7 may void all bets except those already unconditionally settled.
- If the match is not completed within five days of the originally scheduled completion date, all bets will be void, except for markets that have been unconditionally determined.
Limited Overs Matches
- If a match is declared No Result, all bets will be void unless the market has already been unconditionally determined or the minimum overs requirement (as specified in the market details) has been met.
- If a new toss is conducted on a reserve day, all bets placed after 30 minutes before the original scheduled start time on the first day will be void. This applies to all markets except those already unconditionally determined (e.g., Win the Toss or Toss Combination markets).
Sessions / Innings / Player Runs
- All session, innings, and player run markets are based on the Haar-Jeet odds format.
Rain-Reduced Innings
- If an innings is shortened prior to the scheduled start of play, all bets will remain valid and be settled accordingly.
- If an innings is reduced after play has started, all bets will be settled according to the revised innings length.
Advance Session Markets (ADV)
- For markets marked ADV, only the first innings of the team batting first will apply.
- In Test Matches, only the first innings for each team will apply.
Markets Void if Innings is Reduced
If an innings is reduced, all bets on the following markets will be void:
- Total Match Fours
- Total Match Sixes
- Total Match Runs
- Total Match Wides
- Total Match Extras
- Total Match Wickets
- Innings Designated Line Markets
Batsman Runs
- Bets stand if the batsman faces at least one ball or is out before facing a ball.
- Runs count if the batsman is not out, including in cases of declarations.
- If a match is halted (e.g., due to rain or abandonment), any bets that have already been settled will remain valid.
Current/Next Innings Runs Odd/Even
- Extras and penalty runs are excluded from settlement.
Runs at Fall of 1st Wicket
- Settled on the total runs scored when the first wicket falls.
- Bets will only be valid if at least one ball has been delivered.
- If no wickets are taken, bets will be void unless they have already been settled.
Runs at Fall of Next Wicket
- Determined based on the runs scored at the time the specified wicket falls.
- If a team declares or reaches its target, the score at the end of the innings is used.
- Bets will be void if play stops (rain or other interruptions) and the quoted totals can no longer be reached.
- Settled bets remain valid even if the match is abandoned.
Over Total Runs
- Settled on the total runs in the first over of the match.
- Extras and penalty runs are excluded.
- Bets will only be valid if the over is completed, unless they have already been settled.
Limited Overs Matches – (Player Meter)
- Applies to Individual Batsman Runs or Partnership Runs.
- If the number of overs is reduced, the market will be settled based on the midpoint of the most recent available quote before the reduction.
- If play resumes, a new market may be created. Users must place new bets for positions in that market.
- If overs are further reduced, the same rule applies: settlement is at the midpoint of the last available quote before reduction.
Test Matches – (Meter Paari)
- All bets, whether open or settled, on a team’s innings total will be void if fewer than 50 overs are bowled, except if:
- A team wins,
- A team is dismissed, or
- A team declares before 50 overs.
Test Matches – (Players Meter)
- Applies to Individual Batsman Runs or Partnership Runs.
- All bets (open or closed) will be void if fewer than 50 overs are bowled, unless a team wins, is dismissed, or declares.
- Partnership totals are settled when the next wicket falls.
- If a batsman retires due to injury, the partnership is carried on with the next batsman.
- A partnership is deemed finished when the innings comes to an end.
Exchange Runs
- Bets are placed on an exchange and matched with opposing bets.
- Bets are matched at the requested run line or better.
- All exchange runs use the decimal odds format, with bets placed at 2.00 odds.
- Bets will be void if:
- The scheduled number of overs in an innings is reduced by rain, and the actual overs bowled are fewer than those specified for the market.
- The scheduled number of overs is reduced for any other reason after the innings has started, and the reduced total is fewer than those specified for the market.
- The scheduled number of overs in an innings is reduced by rain, and the actual overs bowled are fewer than those specified for the market.
- If the batting side either reaches the target within the stipulated overs or is bowled out, and the innings has not been shortened below the required number of overs for the market, bets will be settled as valid.
Completed Match
- A match is considered Completed when the required number of overs has been bowled, as confirmed by match officials.
- If the required overs are not completed, the match will be treated as Abandoned or No Result, and bets will be settled accordingly.
2. Football
- If FOMO7 does not suspend a market promptly upon the occurrence of a Material Event, it may cancel any bets that were unfairly matched afterward. This can be done either during the match or retrospectively once the match has ended.
- If a match has not started (or FOMO7 believes it will not start) by 23:59 local time on the scheduled start date, all bets will be void unless FOMO7 is aware that the match has been rescheduled to take place within three days of the original date.
- If a match starts but is subsequently abandoned or postponed, and FOMO7 expects it will not finish by 23:59 local time on the scheduled start date, all markets (except those already unconditionally settled) will be void unless FOMO7 confirms the match will be rescheduled and played within three days. If it is played within that period, all bets will remain valid, except if the match restarts from the beginning. In that case:
1. Bets placed before the market went in-play will stand.
2. In-play bets will be void, except for those on markets already unconditionally determined.
- For Friendly matches, bets apply to the full duration of play as decided by match officials, including stoppage time. If the match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within three days of its scheduled start, all bets will be void (except for those already unconditionally determined). If there is ambiguity about the official result, the FOMO7 will determine the outcome using independent sources, acting reasonably.
- Match odds bets apply only to the standard duration of play, as determined by match officials, plus stoppage time. Results after Extra Time or Penalties are excluded.
- If the official fixture lists different team details than those shown on FOMO7 (e.g., team name, reserve squad, age group, gender), bets on affected markets will be void. In all other cases, bets will stand—even where “XI” is omitted from a team name. If the fixture is listed under the wrong competition on FOMO7, it may void all bets on affected markets.
- If a team is expelled or excluded from a league:
- Once the season has begun: all impacted markets will remain valid, the team will be considered relegated, and bets will be settled accordingly, unless the team is reinstated before the season concludes.
- After the season has started: all affected markets will stand, with the team treated as relegated and bets settled accordingly, unless the team is reinstated before the end of the season.
- A season is deemed to start once the first league game has been played. Under this rule, markets on individual matches are not treated as “affected markets.”
- For Top Goalscorer markets, only goals scored in the specified league or competition count. Goals scored in other competitions or leagues do not count, but goals scored for a new club in the same league do. Own goals do not count.
- For markets that count incidents (such as corners), settlement is determined by the actual number of incidents completed, not merely those awarded.
For markets relating to bookings, corners, goalscorers, or goal times, results will be determined by FOMO7 using independent sources, acting reasonably. If new information becomes available within 48 hours of settlement, FOMO7 may decide to reinstate or resettle the market, or wait for more information. Information released after 48 hours will not be considered, even if it could have led to a different result.
3. Tennis
- If a player or doubles team retires or is disqualified during a match, the opponent(s) advancing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be declared the winner. However, if fewer than one set has been completed at the time of retirement or disqualification, all bets on that match will be void.
- All bets will remain valid regardless of any change in venue, including a switch to a different playing surface.
- If the number of games or sets required to win a match is altered (either reduced or increased), all bets will be void except for those on markets already unconditionally determined. This rule does not apply to “Match Odds” or “Set Winner” markets in Davis Cup matches or in “dead rubber” matches shortened from five sets to three sets under official competition rules.
For markets offered on individual games or sets, if a retirement or disqualification occurs during that game or set, all bets on those specific markets will be void—except for those already unconditionally determined.
4. Greyhound Racing
- All bets, excluding ante-post bets and bets on Australian licensed markets, are placed using trap numbers.
- Market outcomes are settled according to the official result once the track confirms it with the “green light” — either through an announcement or display. Any later disqualifications, appeals, or result changes will not be considered.
- If a non-runner or reserve runner is declared, all bets placed before the market update on FOMO7 will be void. Additionally, all unmatched bets (including “Take SP” and “Keep” bets) will be cancelled, except for certain SP bets as outlined in Paragraph 10.5 of Part B.
- If no greyhound finishes a race, or if a race is declared void before the official result is confirmed, all bets will be void.
- If the scheduled venue is changed after being posted on FOMO7, all bets will be rendered void.
Australian Non-Runner Rules
For Australian greyhound markets, the following special rules apply:
- If a greyhound is declared a non-runner after the market has been posted but before the race begins, that runner will be removed and all bets placed before the update will be void.
- If, after the race, stewards declare a greyhound a non-runner, FOMO7 will resettle the market. Bets on that specific greyhound will be void, and a reduction factor will be applied to bets on the winner (or placegetters in place markets) based on the non-runner’s weighted average odds.
5. Horseracing
General
- All individual race markets are settled based on the official result announced at the ‘weigh-in’ (or equivalent). Any later disqualifications, appeals, or result changes are not considered.
- If a race is abandoned, declared void, or ends in a walkover, all bets on that race will be cancelled.
- If the venue is altered after the market has been posted on FOMO7, all bets will be cancelled.
- If a race is not run on its scheduled day, all bets will be void.
- If the surface type changes (e.g., turf to dirt), all bets will still stand.
- Horseracing Exchange Multiples are based on the FOMO7’s “day of the race” markets, not ante-post markets, so ante-post rules do not apply.
FOMO7 Non-Runner Rule
- This rule governs odds adjustments when a horse is declared a non-runner. A reduction factor is applied to bets already matched on other horses in the market. This percentage represents an estimate of the non-runner’s likelihood of winning (or placing, etc.) and is used to adjust the odds of the other runners.
- Any listed horse that does not reach the starter’s orders is treated as a non-runner.
- Each horse is assigned a reduction factor, based on forecast prices, when the market opens. These may be updated periodically. After about 15 minutes (5 minutes for Australian/US races) before the scheduled start, they will only change in exceptional circumstances. Current reduction factors can be found on the FOMO7’s info page or via the Helpdesk.
- Reduction factors differ between win and place markets.
When a non-runner is confirmed (or highly likely) after an official press statement:
- All bets matched on that horse will be canceled, and the horse will be taken out of the market.
- Win markets: If the non-runner’s reduction factor is 2.5% or higher, matched prices on remaining horses are reduced by that percentage, and all unmatched lay offers are cancelled. If the factor is below 2.5%, no changes are applied.
- Place markets: All reduction factors apply (even below 2.5%). Winnings on matched bets are reduced accordingly. Unmatched lay bets are cancelled only if the non-runner’s factor is 4.0% or higher.
- The reduction factors for the other horses are adjusted to account for their increased likelihood of winning.
Special rules:
- Reductions do not apply to bets placed in-play. However, if a market is mistakenly turned in-play (e.g., false start), any bets placed during that time may still be adjusted once corrected.
- If a horse is wrongly removed as a non-runner, FOMO7 will reinstate the runner and any matched bets. Bets placed between removal and reinstatement will be void, and the original odds reinstated.
- Non-runners are removed in the order reported to FOMO7 If multiple are declared at once, they are removed in racecard order.
- If a horse is missing from a market due to error and is later confirmed as a non-material runner (approx. 2.5% or less reduction factor in the win market), it may be added before settlement. Pre-play bets stand, but if added after the race starts, all in-play bets will be void. If the missing horse is deemed material, the market will be void and reloaded.
Application of Reductions in Exchange Markets
- Win markets: Reductions are applied directly to the traded price.
For example, if a non-runner has a 25% reduction factor, the odds are adjusted from 8.0 to 6.0.
- Place markets: Reductions apply only to potential winnings, not traded prices.
Example: A £10 bet at odds of 8.0 would give £70 profit. With a 25% reduction factor, profit reduces to £52.50, making effective odds 6.25.
Odds cannot be reduced below 1.01, and further reductions may apply if more horses are withdrawn.
Reserves
- Reserve runners can be listed in markets but will not have a reduction factor until they are officially confirmed as participants. Once confirmed, they may have a factor applied.
- If a reserve replaces a non-runner, the original non-runner’s reduction factor still applies. If a confirmed reserve later becomes a non-runner, its reduction factor also applies to matched bets before its removal.
Additional Rules
- Card numbers are for guidance only; bets are placed on the horse’s name.
- Horses will not be grouped or coupled together.
- Any horse running for purse money only will be treated as a non-runner for betting purposes. If this results in the number of potential winners listed in the Market Information being equal to or greater than the total runners in the FOMO7 market, all bets in that market will be void.
Casino Rules - Players cannot have net winnings in the casino that exceed their initial credit limit. If a player’s net winnings surpass this limit, FOMO7 reserves the right to void all casino winnings.
- Example: If a player has an initial credit limit of 50,000 coins, records 50,000 coins in casino losses, and achieves 101,000 coins in casino winnings, their net winnings total 51,000 coins — which exceeds the 50,000-coin limit. In this situation, FOMO7 may void the full 101,000 coins of casino winnings, and the player must still cover the 50,000-coin loss.
- Additionally, if a player uses their casino winnings to place bets in sports or other markets on FOMO7 and then incurs losses, those losses must still be repaid once the casino winnings are voided.
Omissions
For any situations not explicitly covered in these rules and regulations, FOMO7will apply the rules and guidelines followed by Betfair. If you wish to review these in detail, please refer to the relevant section on Betfair’s official website (betfair.com) for further clarification.
Governing Policy
These terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by the applicable laws.
Account Transfer
You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to anyone else. This restriction applies to all assets of value related to the Account, including but not limited to account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims connected to these assets, whether legal or commercial. The ban on transfers also extends to actions such as encumbering, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecating, or gifting, whether through a fiduciary, third party, company, individual (natural or legal), foundation, or association in any form.
