Self-exclusion is a tool offered by FOMO7 for users who feel their gambling is getting out of control and want to pause. By choosing self-exclusion, your Account (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) will be suspended for a period you select, between 6 months and 5 years.

To self-exclude, you must specify the duration of your exclusion, which can be between 6 months and 5 years. If no period is specified, the default minimum period of 6 months will apply.

We aim to activate your self-exclusion as quickly as possible. Typically, your password will be reset to prevent access to FOMO7 within 24 hours of your request.

During the self-exclusion period, we will:
- Stop sending you marketing communications.
- Remove you from our marketing databases.
- Suspend your account access for the requested period (or the minimum period if none is specified).
- Permanently close your account if requested, returning any remaining funds to your verified bank account.
What are the Restrictions During Self-Exclusion
You cannot reactivate your account or open a new account until the self-exclusion period ends. During this time, you must not attempt to reopen any existing account, create a new account, or place bets through another user’s account.
How to Reactivate Self-Excluded Account
Once the self-exclusion period ends, you must contact us personally and confirm your intention in writing. If we permit you to reopen your account or open a new one, a 24-hour waiting period will apply before the account becomes active.
