Self-exclusion is a tool offered by FOMO7 for users who feel their gambling is getting out of control and want to pause. By choosing self-exclusion, your Account (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) will be suspended for a period you select, between 6 months and 5 years.

- Stop sending you marketing communications.
- Remove you from our marketing databases.

What are the Restrictions During Self-Exclusion
You cannot reactivate your account or open a new account until the self-exclusion period ends. During this time, you must not attempt to reopen any existing account, create a new account, or place bets through another user’s account.
How to Reactivate Self-Excluded Account
Once the self-exclusion period ends, you must contact us personally and confirm your intention in writing. If we permit you to reopen your account or open a new one, a 24-hour waiting period will apply before the account becomes active.
